Business Simulation Game, “Marslander”
To help to embed the learning and to develop team competencies using a realistic and safe environment, on the final course day we will play the Business Simulation Game (BSG). The BSG entitled “Marslander” allows you to apply the ITIL theory using a practical scenario. The playing teams will get an insight into real life challenges and will be awarded points for suggested solutions.
Who is the training for?
The training ITIL® Foundation Certification is designed to provide insight into the basic processes of Service Management and is therefore suitable for practically anyone as no prior ITIL or ITSM is knowledge is necessary. The course welcomes anyone looking for an introductory course about (IT) Service Management in order to gain an understanding of how to provide business value.
It is also suitable to anyone who is looking to upgrade their ITIL v3 certification and knowledge.
