The advanced TM Forum (SID) Practitioner course is for GN4.3 participants who completed the required TM Forum Fundamental courses at an earlier stage. This 2-days course is organised in a virtual classroom led by a professional TM Forum trainer.

Marcus Ras, TM Forum Certified Consultant – Trainer

Marcus Ras has excellent knowledge of OSS/BSS strategies and Extensive telecommunications and IT industry experience in architecture, design, development, implementation and operation of OSS/BSS systems, and management of operational support systems:
software integration, development of high-level and detailed requirements specifications, design documentation, project and testing plans. Marcus also has broad practical experience applying the use of TM Forum artifacts such as the eTOM and SID, design and implementation methodologies and framework competence including:

• Rational unified process

• UML

• SOA

• TM Forum’s Frameworx program

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

As CIO Customer Operations for OnePhone Services AB in the UK since 2008 Responsible for rolling out business, operational support systems and processes in the market where OnePhone sets up operation.The markets in Germany and Belgium have been delivered an a third market (UK) is currently in implementation stage. Responsible for the coordination of the evolvement of these systems across the different markets to ensure the alignment to the overall OnePhone products and processes. In addition I am part of the OnePhone product team who is responsible for setting out the strategic direction of the overall OnePhone product. Currently also acting Director Customer Operations for BT OnePhone UK.
