Join Info webinars to explore what ITIL4 could mean to you and your organisation. We will run two online information sessions with ITIL expert and trainer – Richard de Boer, Pink Elephant – who will share insights on the new version of ITIL, will cover the process of transitioning to the new version of qualifications and answer your questions.
Webinar 1 focusses on the reasons to implement ITIL4 within an organisation. Webinar 2 covers ITIL history and transitioning to ITIL4. Both webinars will be organised by GLAD in collaboration with our ITIL learning provider Pink Elephant.
After taking part in these webinars you should be able to answer the questions whether you would be interested in ITIL 4, and whether you start a new journey or continue from the credits you have collected in ITIL v3.
